Prenatal Care
Schedule your first prenatal appointment as soon as you think you might be pregnant, usually around 8 weeks.
Nutrition
Ensure you are taking folic acid and eating a balanced diet rich in iron, calcium, and protein.
Body Changes
Your body will undergo many changes. Stay hydrated and get plenty of rest as your baby grows.
How It Works
This calculator uses the Naegele's rule, which adds 280 days (40 weeks) to the first day of your last menstrual period. For conception dates, it adds 266 days.
Important Note
This calculator provides an estimate only. Your actual due date may vary by 1-2 weeks. Always consult with your healthcare provider for accurate pregnancy dating.
Pregnancy Trimesters
Pregnancy is divided into three trimesters. Each trimester brings different changes and milestones. Regular prenatal checkups help monitor your baby's development.
